Glenn Lanteigne

Glenn Lanteigne is the Chief Executive Officer of Tectonic Advisory Services Inc. In this role, Glenn brings 25 years of experience as a strategic advisor, health system technology and Health IT leader, and leads all advisory services for the public and private sector clients of Tectonic.

Glenn has provided leadership, business development and management across Health IT. He is known for providing leadership to clinical and business leaders, and corporate clients, CEOs and Boards. He has a proven track record of success in raising capital, business & corporate development and creating innovative healthcare solutions. Glenn has received several awards for his leadership in the healthcare sector, and is recognized as one of the top healthcare leaders in North America.

Prior to joining Tectonic, Glenn provided leadership to organizations including the Government of Ontario, the Government of Canada, LifeLabs, TELUS, Allscripts, and GE. Glenn served 10 years as an Officer in the Canadian Forces.

Glenn holds an Honours BA in Economics & Politics from Royal Military College of Canada and an MBA from the University of Ottawa and is a GE Six Sigma Black Belt. Currently, Glenn serves on the Board of Directors various organizations including ITAC Health and works closely with COACH, Canada’s Health Informatics Association & HIMSS and is an instructor at the National Institutes for Health Informatics.



robyn fulkerson

Robyn Fulkerson

Robyn Fulkerson is the Chief Operating Officer of Tectonic Advisory Services Inc. In this role, she brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic consultant, expertise in health system technology and outsourcing, and leads all client projects for Tectonic.

Robyn has provided leadership, business development and management across the Telehealth, Chronic Disease Management, Health Promotion and Client Relations domains. She is known for achieving superior alignment with clinical experts and corporate clients, and having a proven track record of success in business development and creation of innovative solutions. Robyn has received several awards for her strong technical skills in the healthcare and outsourcing sectors, she is strategic by nature and recognized for excellent business acumen.

Prior to joining Tectonic, Robyn was an executive with Sykes for over 17 years. Robyn was the also the owner of R Fulkerson & Associates, a boutique consulting firm in Calgary, Alberta.

Robyn holds a BA (Hons) in Linguistics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Currently, Robyn serves on the Board of Directors of various organizations and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Andy Hind

Andy Hind is a Senior Associate with Tectonic Advisory Services.  As an experienced senior executive with the majority of his 25+ year career spent in the healthcare technology & IT sector, Andy’s knowledge of the healthcare industry, his sales & technology background, together with his business management experience, have enabled him to assist clients with professional

and practical support for interim management, technology commercialization, strategy and business development.

Prior to working with Tectonic Andy started his career as Research Officer at the Medical Research Council’s Cyclotron Unit at Hammersmith Hospital in London, UK.  He then joined Siemens to act as the interface between early clinical adopters of MRI and corporate product development in Germany. He moved into various customer facing roles for Siemens, in Applications Training, Sales, Product Management and ultimately into the position of General Manager.

Andy was promoted to the role of Managing Director for Siemens Measurements Limited, which designed, manufactured and distributed energy meters for the global market. His success in this role lead to him and his team to winning a Siemens Innovation award.

After managing a number of companies in the energy sector, he returned to healthcare in 2003, taking the position of Vice President for Siemens’ healthcare business in Canada.  He eventually joined AGFA HealthCare where he held subsequent Managing Director positions for Northern Europe and for Canada.

Andy hold a Master’s Degree in Medical Physics  He has successfully consulted for clients such as: Ceresensa Imaging, Myndtec Inc, Densitas Inc, Hybridyne Health, AGFA HealthCare, Alphasights, Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) and Canada Health Infoway.
